Despite Nawangwe’s confirmation, a big number of students from MUBS and the main campus are still missing on the final graduation list even after clearing all the necessary requirements.

On Tuesday students stormed the office of the Vice Chancellor demanding for an explanation why they are missing on the graduation list yet cleared the necessary requirements.

“After studying for hectic 3 years, cleared all the fees, they are now saying I cannot graduate really? How is that my fault? Gloria Birungi asked.

“I had already confirmed to my parents that I passed and they are waiting for graduation. How will I go back home and face my parents to tell them that I will not graduate,” Rashid Batambuze said

However, the Personal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor, Gordon Murangira assured students that the University would only grant them transcripts but cannot guarantee their addition on the already complete graduation book.
