The vehicles for disposal include (20) Double Cabin Pick-Ups, (10) Single Cabin Pick-Ups of Ford and Toyota Brands, (7) Nissan URVAN Vans plus (1) ISUZU BUS and (1) Toyota Fortuner. However, the vehicles will be sold on “as is, where is” basis. In addition, No bid will be deposited after the closing date below.
Therefore, Bid documents and the list of vehicles to be sold, can be picked from reception of MTN Uganda Head Offices (former BAT, along Jinja road) after paying a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of UGX 100,000 through MTN MOBILE MONEY ONLY on 0787257463.

Your transaction number will be your Payment reference Number throughout the disposal process. The RESERVE PRICE for each vehicle (which is the fair market value) includes the VAT and shall be displayed on a notice board at MTN Uganda Head Offices (FORMER BAT) on Jinja road.
Access to view the vehicles at the MTN Head Offices (former BAT, along Jinja road) will take place on Fri, 6th and Sat, 7th Dec 2019 from 10 a.m – 4 pm, upon presentation of your Payment Reference Number.

The submission of sealed bids shall start immediately after viewing and will close on Mon, 9th Dec 2019 at 5 pm. Sealed bids shall be deposited in a tender box, after registering and signing the register with the following details; Name, Telephone Contact, your Transaction Reference Number, number of cars bided for including their number plates and bidders signature.
An award letter shall be issued to each successful bidder who will then be required to pay for the vehicle(s) within 7 working days. Successful bidders will be responsible for all taxes related to the transfer of ownership of the awarded vehicle(s).
Finally, MTN Uganda Tender Committee reserves the right of awarding the vehicle(s)
