Buchaman’s appointment as presidential advisor of ghetto issues is absurd -Bobi Wine. Kyadondo East Member of parliament Hon. Robert Kagulanyi welcomed President Museveni to Ghetto’s life.
Bobi wine says the fact that Museveni is now visiting Ghetto slums and appointing advisers on Ghetto matters. It means that President Museveni has succumbed to their pressure considering that he can now visit slum areas. In which he did not do formally.

Bobi wine states that soon President Museveni will start walking with Ghetto swag in a bid to fit in their Ghetto life. But as Ghetto leaders, they will not relax but continue putting pressure on the government. Therefore, to see that there is equality for all Ugandans including those in the Ghetto.
He has also described President Museveni’s appointment of faded musician Mark Bugembe commonly known as Buchaman as presidential advisor on Ghetto matters as absurd. Therefore, he says that he is the only Ghetto president in Uganda and no one can replace him.
Similarly, President Museveni made the appointment last Saturday while visiting the youths in Katwe one of the slam areas in Kampala.
